We do not collect financial, banking, or government-identification information through this website. If we need that kind of information for in-shop service or invoicing, we collect it in person.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your appointment request and confirm scheduling.
• Communicate with you about the service we are performing.
• Identify your vehicle (license plate is used for VIN lookup).
• Maintain a service history for vehicles we have worked on, so we can advise you about maintenance intervals and warranty-related work.

We share information only when necessary to operate our business — for example, with our parts suppliers when ordering parts for your vehicle, or with manufacturers when handling warranty work.
